• Tighten hardware: Tighten screws securing the fan motor, shroud, and evaporator cover.
• Isolate tubing: If refrigerant lines are rattling against the cabinet, gently reposition and secure them with foam or clips.
• Test run: Reassemble and run the unit with the panel loosely in place to confirm the noise is resolved before fully tightening.
