Possible Causes

Failed display module, Loose ribbon cable between display and main board, Low internal supply voltage, Damage from overheating

Safety: Isolate power before opening the control panel.

Remove the front control panel cover to access the display PCB.
Check the ribbon cable or plug between the display and main control board; reseat firmly.
Inspect for signs of heat damage or moisture on the display board.
Restore power and see if the display returns.
