Fuel Depletion / No Fuel Supply
E20 displayed; controller indicates pellet/coal out or no flame due to lack of fuel

Possible Causes
Empty hopper, Bridging of fuel in hopper, Auger not primed after cleaning, Incorrect fuel size for Defro burner
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the furnace to cool before refilling fuel.
- Open the hopper and check fuel level. Refill with the correct fuel type and size recommended by Defro.
- Break up any crust or bridging at the hopper bottom so fuel can fall into the auger intake.
- Use the controller's auger priming function (if available) to refill the screw feeder after the hopper has been emptied.
- Restart the ignition sequence and observe that fuel is being delivered to the burner pot.
If the hopper is full but no fuel reaches the burner, investigate for auger jams (see E08).
