Furnace indicates service interval exceeded; reminder for maintenance

Safety: Even for a reminder, turn off power and gas before performing maintenance.

• Perform basic service:
  • Clean or replace air filter.
  • Inspect burner and combustion chamber for soot or corrosion.
  • Check condensate trap and drain.
  • Verify flue and intake are clear.
• Have a full service done: Arrange for an IVT-authorized technician to perform combustion analysis, gas pressure checks, and full safety inspection.
• Reset service timer: After maintenance, use the IVT control menu to reset the service interval according to the manual.

Do not simply reset the reminder without performing the recommended maintenance.
