Possible Causes

Defective return NTC sensor, Damaged sensor cable, Loose connector on Termet main PCB, Sensor contaminated by sludge

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power and let the system cool.

  • Locate the return NTC: Typically mounted on the return pipe entering the Termet heat exchanger or hydraulic block.
  • Inspect and reseat: Check the sensor clip and wiring. Ensure the sensor is firmly attached to the pipe and the connector is fully inserted into the PCB.
  • Measure resistance: If possible, compare resistance with the flow NTC at the same temperature. They should be similar. A large discrepancy suggests a faulty sensor.
  • Clean contact area: Remove any insulation, clean the pipe surface, and reattach the sensor with thermal paste if recommended by Termet.

If E07 persists after sensor replacement, the main control board may require professional diagnosis.
