How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before accessing electronics.
- Check connectors: Remove the front panel and locate the low-voltage cable between the main control board and the display/keyboard module. Reseat both ends.
- Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or water ingress on the control board and display. Dry gently if present and correct the source of moisture.
- Verify supply voltage: Ensure the furnace is supplied with stable mains voltage within the range specified by Termet. Avoid long extension cords.
- Power cycle: Leave the unit powered off for 5–10 minutes, then restore power and check if E12 clears.
If E12 persists, the user interface or main PCB may need replacement. This should be done by an authorized Termet service center.
