Possible Causes
Cracked condensate trap, Loose condensate hose, Blocked drain line, Corroded condensate collector on Termet heat exchanger
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power. Water around electrical components is hazardous.
- Locate leak source: Remove the front panel and inspect the condensate trap, hoses, and collector for visible leaks.
- Clear blockage: Disconnect the condensate hose and blow through it to remove clogs. Flush the trap with water.
- Secure connections: Reattach hoses firmly and ensure they slope continuously to the drain.
- Check for cracks: If the trap or collector is cracked, it must be replaced.
Significant internal corrosion or repeated leaks should be evaluated by a Termet service technician.
