Possible Causes
Blocked fan housing or venturi, Faulty air pressure switch, Disconnected or leaking pressure tubing, Fan speed too low
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing burner covers.
Steps:
- Check tubing: Inspect the silicone tubes between the fan housing and the air pressure switch. Replace any that are brittle, cracked, or loose.
- Clean fan intake: Remove dust and debris from the fan inlet and venturi on the Weishaupt burner. Ensure the air damper moves freely.
- Switch test (basic): Gently tap the pressure switch body; sometimes a stuck diaphragm may release. If the error clears temporarily, the switch is likely failing and should be replaced.
Persistent E10 faults require a technician to verify fan speed, switch setpoint, and replace the air pressure switch if necessary.
