Door is very noisy during operation; grinding, squealing, or banging sounds from the opener or door.

Safety first: Disconnect power before placing hands near moving parts. Do not adjust springs.

• Inspect rollers and hinges: Look for worn, wobbly, or seized rollers and loose hinge pins. Replace worn rollers with Cardale‑compatible parts.
• Check tracks: Ensure tracks are straight, parallel, and securely fastened. Tighten loose brackets and gently straighten minor bends.
• Lubricate moving parts: Apply a light garage door lubricant to rollers (except nylon wheels), hinges, and pivot points. Do not grease the tracks.
• Inspect drive chain/sprocket: Check for excessive slack, rust, or worn teeth. Adjust tension and replace worn components.
• Secure opener: Tighten all mounting bolts on the opener and support brackets to reduce vibration noise.
