Possible Causes
Stuck or shorted wall button, Faulty Cardale remote transmitting continuously, RF interference mimicking remote code, Cross‑programmed remote from nearby property
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Until resolved, disconnect power or use the manual lock to secure the door when not in use.
- Check wall button: Disconnect the wall control wires at the opener. If the problem stops, inspect or replace the wall button.
- Remove batteries from remotes: Take batteries out of all remotes one by one to identify a stuck transmitter. Replace any remote whose button is jammed or whose LED stays on.
- Clear and re‑program remotes: Erase all remote codes from the Cardale opener and re‑learn only your own remotes.
- Check for external interference: If the issue persists, consult Cardale support; a frequency change or updated receiver may be required.
