Safety first: Do not climb or work at height without proper ladders and precautions.

Replace remote batteries: Fit new batteries in all remotes and test again.
Inspect antenna: Locate the thin antenna wire on the opener head. Ensure it is unbroken, fully extended, and hanging down away from metal surfaces.
Relocate opener or antenna: If possible, route the antenna away from steel beams or metal cladding. Some models allow an external antenna extension.
Reduce interference: Move or switch off nearby RF sources (Wi‑Fi routers, LED drivers) temporarily to see if range improves.

Remote control range is very poor; must be very close to the door for it to work.

Possible Causes
