Door reverses and opens again immediately after starting to close, with no error code displayed.

• Clean lenses: Wipe both photocell lenses with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, cobwebs, or moisture.
• Check alignment: Ensure both photocell units are at the same height and directly facing each other. Adjust brackets until the indicator LEDs show a stable beam (usually solid light).
• Shield from sunlight: If direct sun hits the receiver, install the supplied sun-shield or slightly angle the photocells to reduce glare while maintaining alignment.
• Tighten hardware: Secure all mounting screws so the photocells do not move when the door operates.

Never tape over or bypass photocells; they are critical safety devices.
