Operator will not run from remote or wall button; control board LED shows code E1 or a single flash repeating.
Photocell Safety Circuit Fault
E10
Opener shows E10; door will not move; low-voltage accessories (photocells, keypad) are dead.
Low-Voltage Supply Fault (24V Circuit)
E11
Display shows E11; door opens but will not close automatically; timer-to-close does not function.
Auto-Close Timer or Logic Fault

Opener shows E12; door reverses immediately after touching the floor; excessive bounce or re-open at close.
