• Inspect tracks: Ensure tracks are straight, free of dents, and securely fastened. Correct any misalignment.
• Adjust force settings: On the Novoferm control board, locate the force adjustment (potentiometers or menu setting). After resolving mechanical issues, slightly increase the force within the manufacturer’s recommended range and test.

If E12 persists even with a smooth, balanced door, the force sensing circuitry in the control board may be faulty.
