Display shows EC or ECON, water heats slowly and may not reach set temperature quickly.

Safety first: No internal work is needed. All changes are made from the topside control.

• 1. Check mode setting: On many Coleman panels, press the Mode or Temp button repeatedly to cycle between Standard (ST), Economy (EC), and sometimes Sleep (SL) modes.
• 2. Select Standard mode: Choose ST or Standard so the spa maintains set temperature continuously instead of only during filter cycles.
• 3. Review filter cycles: Ensure filtration times are set appropriately so the heater has enough run time in EC mode if you choose to keep it.
• 4. Monitor temperature: After changing modes, allow several hours for the spa to reach the new set temperature.
