Display shows COL or COOL, heater does not run, spa indicates water is too cold to heat normally.
Cold Water Protection / Freeze or Cool Condition

Ozone Generator / Accessory Device Error

Display shows dr or DR, heater disabled, pumps may run briefly then stop.
Dry Fire Protection / Inadequate Water in Heater

Persistent Dry Heater Condition

Economy Heating Mode Enabled

Display shows HE or HEAT ERR, spa does not heat even though pump runs.
Heater Circuit Failure

Display shows HL or HLo, spa shuts down heater and sometimes pumps, water may feel very hot near heater outlet.
High Limit Overheat Trip

Display shows ICE or IC, pumps may run automatically even when spa is not in use.
Freeze Protection Mode Active

Display shows LOC or lock icon, buttons on topside panel do not respond.
Keypad Lock / Panel Lockout Enabled

Display shows OH or OHH, spa shuts down all functions, water is very hot (often above 108°F).
System Overheat Condition

Display shows P1 flashing, first jet pump does not start or runs erratically.
