Topside control panel display is blank or unreadable, but pumps may still run on their own.

Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before removing the topside panel.

• 1. Inspect for moisture: Remove the topside panel from the shell and check the back for water or condensation. Dry thoroughly.
• 2. Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable at the control board, ensuring a snug fit.
• 3. Check display in low light: Sometimes a faint display can be seen in dim lighting, indicating backlight failure. In this case, replace the keypad.
• 4. Replace topside control: If the display remains blank, install a new Coleman-compatible topside control panel matched to your control pack model.
