Discolored or cloudy water that does not clear with normal filtration in the MAAX spa.

Safety: Do not use the spa if water clarity is poor; you cannot see the bottom clearly.

• Clean or replace filters: Rinse MAAX filter cartridges thoroughly; replace if older than recommended or if pleats are damaged.
• Increase filtration: Extend filtration cycle duration in the control settings.
• Shock the water: Perform a shock treatment to oxidize organics.
• Balance chemistry: Adjust pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer to proper ranges.
• Consider clarifier: Use a spa clarifier to help the filter capture fine particles.
