General Control System Error

Display shows COL or COOL and heater does not run; spa may be in freeze protection mode.
Cold Water / Freeze Protection Active

Display shows dr or DR and spa will not heat; may also show intermittent heating cycles.
Dry Heater Detected (Low Flow / Air in Heater)

Display shows dy or DY shortly after the heater tries to run; spa does not reach set temperature.
Dry Heater Confirmed (Persistent Dry Condition)

Display shows FLC or FL2; heater may run intermittently or not at all.
Flow Switch Closed When It Should Be Open

Display shows FLO or FL1 and heater will not turn on; sometimes pumps run but there is weak flow from jets.
Insufficient Water Flow / Flow Switch Open

Control panel shows HL and spa stops heating; pumps may still run in low speed.
High-Limit Sensor Trip (Dry-Fire or Local Overheat)

Display shows HLoH or HL OH; spa shuts down and may not restart until cooled.
