Display shows LOC or LOCK and buttons do not respond; spa may still maintain temperature.

Note: LOC is usually not a fault but a user setting.

• Try unlock sequence: On many MAAX topside panels, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds to unlock. Refer to your specific MAAX model manual for the exact combination.
• Power cycle: If the panel does not respond, turn off power for 1 minute and restore. Check if LOC clears.
• Inspect keypad: Look for signs of water intrusion or stuck buttons. Gently press each button several times to free it.
• If still locked: The topside control membrane or control board may be faulty. Replacement of the MAAX topside control panel is often required.
