Ozone indicator is on but there is no ozone smell or visible bubbles from the ozone injector.

Safety: Turn off power before handling ozone equipment. Avoid inhaling concentrated ozone.

• Check tubing: Inspect ozone tubing from the generator to the injector for kinks, cracks, or disconnections.
• Inspect check valve: Ensure the ozone check valve is installed in the correct direction and not clogged.
• Look for bubbles: During a filtration cycle, observe the injector area for fine bubbles. No bubbles may indicate a blocked injector.
• Replace generator: If the MAAX ozone unit is older than its rated life (often 2–3 years) or shows no output, replace it with a compatible ozone generator.
