How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before opening the equipment bay or removing suction covers.
- Check water level: Fill the spa to the proper level.
- Inspect suctions: Make sure MAAX suction covers and skimmer are not blocked by debris, leaves, or ice.
- Open valves: Confirm all suction and return slice valves are fully open.
- Bleed pump: Loosen the pump unions to release air and then retighten.
- Test pressure switch: Locate the pressure switch on the heater manifold or plumbing. Check wiring and gently tap the switch body. If the code persists, the switch may be out of adjustment or failed.
- Replace switch: Install a new MAAX-compatible pressure switch if it does not close under normal flow conditions.
