Pump runs but there is no water flow from jets; you may hear the motor humming.

Safety: Turn off power before loosening any plumbing connections.

• Open all valves: Confirm that all MAAX suction and return slice valves are fully open.
• Remove filters: Take out filters to eliminate restriction and test again.
• Bleed the pump: Loosen the pump discharge union until water flows steadily, then retighten.
• Prime via hose: Insert a garden hose into the filter well and run water to force air out of the plumbing and pump.
• Inspect impeller: If there is still no flow, remove the pump wet end and check for a broken or detached impeller. Replace the wet end or pump assembly if damaged.
