Air controls do not introduce air into jets; jets feel flat with only water flow.

Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before disassembling air controls.

• 1. Operate air controls: Turn the air control knobs fully open and closed several times to free any sticking parts.
• 2. Inspect air intakes: Locate the air intake openings on the spa shell and ensure they are not blocked by debris or covers.
• 3. Remove and clean valves: If accessible, remove the air control valve tops and clean any debris or scale. Replace worn O-rings or internals.
• 4. Replace faulty controls: If air still does not enter the jets, replace the PDC Spas air control valves with compatible units.
