— —
Display shows dashes or blank segments instead of temperature; spa may not respond.
No temperature data / communication fault between topside and control pack
Symptom
Air controls do not introduce air into jets; jets feel flat with only water flow.
Air induction failure
Symptom
Circulation pump is noisy, rattling, or grinding during operation.
Worn circulation pump bearings or cavitation
Symptom
Jets are weak or some seats have very little water pressure.
Reduced jet flow
Symptom
Main jet pump does not start; pressing Jets button causes only a click or humming sound.
Jet pump motor failure or seized impeller
Symptom
One or more jets have completely stopped flowing while others work normally.
Individual jet blockage or failure
Symptom
