Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before handling plumbing or wiring.
- 1. Clean filters: Remove and rinse PDC Spas filters thoroughly. Test briefly with filters removed to see if PSOC clears.
- 2. Bleed air: Loosen pump unions to release trapped air, then retighten.
- 3. Inspect pressure switch: Locate the pressure switch on the heater manifold. Check wiring connections and look for leaks around the switch body.
- 4. Replace pressure switch: If flow is strong but PSOC persists, replace the PDC Spas-compatible pressure switch, ensuring proper orientation and sealing.
If the error remains after switch replacement and confirmed flow, the control board may be misreading the pressure circuit and should be evaluated by a technician.
