Possible Causes
Failed LED driver or transformer in PDC Spas control pack, Loose light harness connection, Burned-out LED light assemblies, Blown low-voltage fuse on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before accessing the control pack.
- 1. Check light button: Confirm that the light function is enabled from the topside and that no lockout is active.
- 2. Inspect fuses: Look for a low-voltage or accessory fuse on the control board and test/replace if blown with the same rating.
- 3. Check harnesses: Verify that the LED light harness is securely plugged into the control pack and that there is no visible damage.
- 4. Test individual lights: If accessible, disconnect a single LED light and test it with a compatible low-voltage source or swap with a known-good light.
If all lights are out and fuses are good, the LED driver or transformer in the control pack may have failed and should be serviced by a technician.
