Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown fuse on control board, Failed topside control panel, Loose ribbon cable between panel and pack

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Use caution when working around live electrical panels. Turn off power before opening the control pack.

  • Check GFCI: Verify that the spa's GFCI breaker is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
  • Inspect fuses: Open the QCA Spas control pack and locate any low-voltage or main fuses. Replace blown fuses only with identical ratings and investigate the cause of failure.
  • Check topside cable: Ensure the ribbon cable from the topside control panel is firmly plugged into the control board and not damaged.
  • Test panel: If power and fuses are good but the display is blank, the topside control panel may be defective and require replacement.
