Display shows ICE, IC, or FR, pumps run periodically even when spa is not in use, heater may run continuously.

Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons do not respond, spa may continue to run filtration cycles but user cannot change settings.
Control Panel Lock / Child Lock Enabled
OH
Display shows OH or OHH, spa shuts down, pumps may run briefly then stop, water feels very hot near or above set temperature.
Overheat Condition Detected by High-Limit Sensor

Display shows OHH, spa immediately shuts down heater and often pumps, may not reset until power is cycled.
