Possible Causes
Tripped or faulty GFCI breaker, Loose main power connections in control pack, Blown main fuse on QCA Spas control board, Incorrect supply voltage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: This involves mains voltage. If you are not comfortable working with 120/240 V circuits, contact a licensed electrician or spa technician.
- Verify house power: Check that the dedicated spa breaker in your service panel is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Test GFCI: If your QCA Spas unit uses a GFCI spa pack or cord, press RESET. If it will not reset, disconnect the spa and have the GFCI evaluated.
- Inspect control pack connections: With power OFF, remove the control pack cover and verify that the incoming line and neutral wires are tight and correctly landed on the terminal block.
- Check main fuse: Locate the main fuse on the QCA Spas control board. If blown, replace with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a short that must be diagnosed before further operation.
