Possible Causes
Burned-out LED or incandescent spa light, Failed light transformer or driver, Loose light connector on control board, Blown low-voltage fuse
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before accessing the light or control pack.
- Check light settings: Cycle through light modes on the topside panel to ensure the light is not simply in an off or dim mode.
- Inspect fuses: Look for a low-voltage or accessory fuse on the QCA Spas control board and replace if blown.
- Test light fixture: Access the spa light from inside the shell (for some models) and check the bulb or LED module. Replace with a QCA-compatible light assembly if failed.
- Check transformer/driver: If the light and fuse are good, the light transformer or LED driver in the control pack may be defective and require replacement.
