Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons do not respond, spa may continue to run filtration cycles but user cannot change settings.

Safety: No electrical service is required for this step.

• Unlock keypad: On many QCA Spas topside panels, press and hold the designated lock/unlock button (often Temp Up + Temp Down together, or a specific LOCK icon) for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn off power at the breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power and try the unlock sequence again.
• Check for stuck buttons: Press each button individually to feel for normal travel. If any button feels stuck or constantly pressed, the topside control panel may need replacement.
