How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before repair.
- Access jet backside: On many QCA Spas models, you may need to remove side panels and foam insulation to reach the back of the leaking jet.
- Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the plastic retaining nut on the back of the jet body. Do not overtighten to avoid cracking.
- Replace gasket or jet body: If the leak persists, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new gasket or complete jet body assembly compatible with QCA Spas.
