Possible Causes

High calcium hardness, High pH, Evaporation and concentration of minerals, Infrequent cleaning

Safety: Avoid using abrasive pads that can scratch the QCA Spas acrylic shell.

Lower pH and alkalinity: Adjust water chemistry to recommended ranges to reduce scaling.
Use scale remover: Apply a spa-safe scale remover to affected areas and gently scrub with a soft cloth or non-scratch pad.
Install pre-filter: When refilling, use a hose pre-filter to reduce calcium and metals entering the spa.
