How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power immediately to prevent heater damage.
- Check water level: Ensure the spa is filled to the proper level. Top off if needed.
- Clean/remove filter: Remove the QCA Spas filter cartridge and run the spa briefly without it after restoring power to see if the error clears. Replace the filter if flow improves.

- Verify pump operation: Restore power and confirm strong flow from jets when the pump runs. If the pump is not moving water, it may need repair or replacement.
