How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before working on sensors or the control pack.
- Confirm correct sensor: Verify that the replacement sensor (if recently changed) is the correct part number for your QCA Spas control pack.
- Check connections: Ensure sensor plugs are in the correct sockets on the control board (temp vs. high-limit) and fully seated.
- Replace with matched pair: If SE persists, replace both temperature and high-limit sensors as a matched set to ensure compatibility.
