Safety: Do not shut off power to the spa in freezing weather; this mode prevents freeze damage.

• Confirm weather conditions: If outdoor temperatures are below freezing, this is normal operation. Ensure water level is adequate and cover is on.
• Check for sensor error: If ICE displays in warm weather, compare displayed temperature to a thermometer. Replace the temperature sensor if readings are inaccurate.
• Insulate equipment bay: Ensure the equipment compartment door is in place and any factory insulation is intact to help the freeze-protection system work efficiently.
