Display shows LOC or LOCK; buttons on the topside control are unresponsive.

• Step 1 – Unlock sequence: On most Vita Spa topside controls, press and hold the designated buttons (often Temp Up and Temp Down together, or a specific lock icon) for 3–5 seconds to unlock. Refer to your Vita Spa user manual for the exact combination.
• Step 2 – Power reset: If the panel does not respond, turn off power at the GFCI for 30 seconds and restore. Try the unlock sequence again.
• Step 3 – Panel inspection: If LOC remains and buttons do not respond, the topside control panel membrane may be faulty and require replacement.
