Display shows COd or COLD and spa will not heat until code clears.
Cold Water Protection / Low Temp Lockout

Display shows COL or COOL; spa indicates water is too cold and may disable heater temporarily.
Low Temperature / Freeze Protection Active

Display shows dr or DR; heater shuts off and spa may attempt several restarts; water does not heat properly.
Dry Fire / Low Water in Heater
dSP
Display shows dSP or DSP; topside panel may be blank or show partial characters.
Topside Display Communication Error

Display shows dY or DY after a dr condition; spa locks out heating until reset.
Dry Fire Lockout
EC
Display shows EC or ECO; spa heats only during filtration cycles and may appear not to heat fast enough.
Economy Heating Mode Enabled
FLC
Display shows FLC or FL2; spa may run pumps but heater is disabled; sometimes appears intermittently.
Flow Switch Closed When It Should Be Open

Flow Switch Open (Insufficient Water Flow)

Heater Circuit Fault

Display shows ICE or IC; pumps run automatically even when spa is not in use.
Freeze Protection Mode

Display shows LOC or LOCK; buttons on the topside control are unresponsive.
Panel Lock / Child Lock Enabled
OH
Topside control displays OH or OHH and spa immediately shuts down; water in the spa feels excessively hot, often above 108°F (42°C).
Overheat Protection Trip

Display shows OHt or OHT; spa shuts down heater and possibly pumps due to over-temperature condition.
Overheat Trip (Heater or Cabinet)

Display shows P1 ERR or P1 error; Pump 1 does not start or trips breaker.

Display shows Sn3 or SN3; spa may operate but temperature control is unreliable or heater cycles erratically.
Auxiliary Sensor / Ambient Sensor Fault
Symptom
Jets are weak or some seats have very little water pressure.
Low Jet Pressure
Symptom
One or more pumps run but there is no water flow from the jets on that pump.
Air-Locked or Blocked Pump
Symptom
Ozone generator does not appear to run; no ozone smell or bubbles from ozone injector.
Ozone System Failure
Symptom
Spa does not heat; water stays cold or lukewarm even though pumps run and no error code is displayed.
No Heat Without Error
Symptom
Spa heats very slowly or cannot reach the set temperature, especially in cold weather.
Insufficient Heating Performance
Symptom
Spa is leaking water inside the equipment bay or from under the cabinet.
Plumbing or Component Leak
Symptom
Spa lights do not work or only some LEDs function; other spa functions are normal.
Lighting Circuit or LED Failure

Spa makes loud grinding, squealing, or rattling noises when jets are running.
Pump or Motor Bearing Failure

Spa shell surface around waterline is rough, with white scale deposits.
Calcium Scaling

Spa trips the GFCI breaker immediately or within a few seconds of turning on.
Ground Fault / Short Circuit

Spa vibrates excessively or transmits loud humming through the deck when pumps run.
Excessive Vibration / Poor Pump Mounting
