Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Loose main power connections at Vita Spa control pack, Blown internal fuse on control board, Failed control pack

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Only qualified persons should work inside electrical panels. Always turn off power before opening the spa equipment bay.

  • Step 1 – Check GFCI: Locate the spa's GFCI breaker and ensure it is fully in the ON position. If tripped, reset once. If it trips immediately, there is a fault that needs diagnosis.
  • Step 2 – Inspect main connections: With breaker OFF, open the Vita Spa equipment bay and verify that all line and neutral wires are tight at the control pack terminals.
  • Step 3 – Internal fuses: Many Vita Spa packs have internal fuses. Remove the control pack cover and visually inspect fuses; test with a multimeter and replace only with identical ratings.
  • Step 4 – Further diagnosis: If power is present at the pack but the system is dead, the control board may have failed and require replacement.
