How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before disassembly.
- Step 1 – Confirm leak location: Dry the area and observe for seepage around the jet face or shell.
- Step 2 – Access backside: Remove side panels to access the rear of the leaking jet. Look for drips from the jet body.
- Step 3 – Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the jet body nut behind the shell. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the shell or body.
- Step 4 – Replace gasket/body: If tightening does not stop the leak, remove the jet body and replace the gasket or entire jet body with a Vita Spa-compatible part.
