How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the GFCI before unplugging any cables.
- Step 1 – Power reset: Turn off power for 5–10 minutes, then restore. Observe if SE returns.
- Step 2 – Check topside cable: Inspect the ribbon cable from the topside control to the Vita Spa control pack for damage or corrosion. Reseat both ends firmly.
- Step 3 – Inspect ground and bonding: Ensure the spa pack is properly grounded and bonded per Vita Spa installation instructions to reduce electrical noise.
- Step 4 – Firmware/board: Persistent SE errors may require control pack replacement or firmware update by an authorized Vita Spa technician.
