Possible Causes

Dirty Vita Spa filter cartridges, Air lock in pump, Partially closed slice valves, Debris in jet bodies or suction fittings

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power before removing jets or opening unions.

  • Step 1 – Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly rinse filters. Try running the spa without filters to see if jet pressure improves.
  • Step 2 – Check valves: Ensure all slice valves in the equipment bay are fully open (handles pulled up and locked).
  • Step 3 – Bleed air: If the spa was recently drained, bleed air from pump unions and run pumps on high speed to purge air.
  • Step 4 – Inspect jets: Remove individual jet inserts and check for debris or calcium buildup. Clean and reinstall or replace worn jet internals.
