Topside control buttons are unresponsive or only some buttons work intermittently (no LOC code).

Safety: Turn off power before removing the topside panel.

• Step 1 – Inspect overlay: Look for cracks, bubbles, or water under the keypad overlay. Moisture often causes intermittent operation.
• Step 2 – Check cable: Remove the panel and inspect the ribbon cable for corrosion or damage. Clean contacts and reseat.
• Step 3 – Replace panel: If issues persist, replace the topside control panel with the correct Vita Spa model.
