Possible Causes
Out-of-range humidity or temperature sensor readings, Loose sensor connectors, Corrupted sensor calibration data on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing internal components.
Steps:
- Power reset: Disconnect power for 10–15 minutes, then reconnect. Sometimes F0 clears after a full reset.
- Check sensors: Inspect both the ambient NTC sensor and humidity sensor connections on the main PCB. Reseat connectors firmly.
- Clean humidity sensor: If accessible, gently clean the humidity sensor area with dry air to remove dust.
- Board-level reset (if supported): Some Argo models allow a factory reset via button combination (consult service literature). Perform the reset to reload calibration values.
- Replace faulty components: If F0 persists, replace the Argo digital humidity sensor module first. If still unresolved, replace the Argo main control PCB.
