How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the humidifier and empty the tank before cleaning.
Steps:
- Check water level: Ensure the tank is full and properly seated.
- Clean transducer: For ultrasonic Argo humidifiers, gently clean the transducer disc with white vinegar and a soft cloth, then rinse.
- Clear mist outlet: Inspect the mist outlet and internal channels for dust or scale. Clean with a soft brush.
- Descale base: Soak the water chamber in a vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits, then rinse thoroughly.
- Component replacement: If output remains low, replace the Argo ultrasonic transducer module or Argo humidifier heater element (for warm-mist models).
