Unit vibrates excessively and moves on the floor during operation

Safety: Unplug the unit before adjustments.

Steps:

• 1. Level the unit: Place the dehumidifier on a flat, solid surface. Adjust feet if adjustable, or use shims to level.
• 2. Fan balance: Inspect the fan wheel for missing blades or accumulated dirt on one side. Clean and replace if damaged.
• 3. Compressor mounts: Check that all compressor mounting bolts are tight and that rubber grommets are intact.
• 4. Internal clearance: Look for wiring harnesses or panels that may be touching the fan or compressor and vibrating. Re-route or secure as needed.
