Continuous Drain Failure
Dehumidifier’s continuous drain feature does not work; water still fills the bucket.

Possible Causes
Drain hose not seated properly, Hose routed uphill or kinked, Internal drain adapter not installed correctly, Clogged hose or drain outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before disconnecting hoses.
Steps:
- Check hose connection: Ensure the hose is firmly attached to the drain outlet on the back of the Frigidaire unit.
- Verify slope: The hose must run downhill all the way to the drain. Eliminate any loops or upward runs.
- Clear clogs: Disconnect the hose and flush it with water. Use a small brush if needed.
- Inspect internal adapter: Some models require a plug or adapter to be removed or installed for continuous drain. Confirm it is configured per the manual.
- Test without bucket: If the design allows, test drainage with the bucket removed and a pan under the outlet to confirm flow.
