How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Steps:

Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and retry. If still unresponsive, proceed.
Panel removal: Remove screws securing the control panel and gently lift it.
Ribbon cable: Reseat the ribbon cable or harness connecting the panel to the main PCB. Inspect for corrosion or damage.
Moisture check: Look for signs of water or condensation inside the panel. Allow to dry completely if damp.
Panel replacement: If specific buttons never work or the keypad is physically damaged, replace the control panel assembly.

Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.
