Panel tightening: Tighten all accessible screws on the outer cabinet and handle areas.
Fan inspection: Remove the front or rear cover to access the blower wheel. Check for debris and ensure the wheel is firmly attached to the motor shaft. Tighten the set screw if loose.
Motor bearings: Spin the fan by hand; if it feels rough or wobbly, replace the fan motor assembly.
Compressor mounts: Inspect rubber grommets under the compressor. Replace if cracked or missing to reduce vibration.
